Your Wintec ID Card

Your Wintec ID Card

Your Wintec card is your official Wintec identification card.

You will need it to enter buildings after normal hours, to borrow items from Wintec Library*, to use the multi-function devices (MFDs) to print, copy, or scan, and to prove you are a Wintec student when using certain services.

Every Wintec student should be issued a free card during the Enrolment process.

If you weren't, go get yours! You will need to supply a photo or have Enrolment take one when you visit. If you lose or break your Wintec ID card, check with Security to see if it has been handed in, then head to Enrolment for a replacement. It costs $30 for a new one, though, so try to look after it!

You can find your Wintec login username printed on your card.

There are some places in Hamilton that offer discounts to Wintec students, so see what you can find around town!

*Wintec Library will also accept any form of official photo ID (once you have been issued your Wintec id card)
