Book with no author (including dictionaries with no author)

Title of book in italics. (Date of publication). Place of publication, Country (abbreviated state instead of country for USA): Name of Publisher. 


Example—reference list entry 

The complete encyclopaedia of garden flowers. (2003). Auckland, New Zealand: Bateman.

Example—in-text citation
The Complete Encyclopaedia of Garden Flowers (2003) shows that … (p. 96).
