Group study room usage policy
Rooms are available for student group study only. Staff use is not permitted
Minimum of 2 students required to book a room
Maximum daily booking is 2 hours per group
Booking may be forfeited if you are more than 10 minutes late arriving
City Library - Group study rooms are available during library hours
Rotokauri Library - Group study rooms are available during hub hours
The library reserves the right to edit or cancel bookings
Repeated policy breaches could lead to a loss of study room booking privileges
Submitting a booking confirms that you’ve accepted the above policy
Study room 1 - Ground floor
Study room 4 - Level 1
Study room 7 - Level 1
Study room 2 - Ground floor
Study room 5 - Level 1
Study room 3 - Ground floor
Study room 6 - Level 1
