Course Reserves Borrowing Policy
During opening hours
Course reserves items and Course reserve documents are:
- Limited to 1 item issued at a time*
- Issued for 2 hours
- Can be renewed upon request*
- Can be booked in advance, but not more than 48 hours in advance
- Are not to be removed from the building
Overnight
- 2 items can be borrowed
- Can be borrowed from 2 hours before closing and returned within 2 hours of opening the next business day.
- Can be booked in advance- cannot book more than 48 hours in advance
Returns
- Items can be returned through the returns bin available 24 hours a day
- Penalties for late return are charged at $1.00 per hour per item until returned
