Privileged & subscribed borrowers have made special arrangements with Wintec Library to borrow our print resources.
A Privileged Borrower is usually a retired Wintec staff member. The Library Manager must be contacted for permission. There is no charge for this, but membership must be renewed annually. Privileged & subscribed borrowers are not entitled to inter-loan books.
A Subscribed Borrower could be a member of the public who wishes to be able to borrow print resources from the Library for their research. The Library Manager must be contacted for permission. There is a fee of $100 payable for a 12 month membership.
