Lewis and Foley. Health assessment in nursing (book chapter)

The information on the title page is confusing. The original (5th) US edition by Weber and Kelly has been extensively re-written by various people, listed on page v, and Lewis and Foley have edited the entire book. Therefore Weber and Kelly's names are not included in the reference.

The original US edition by Adele Pillitteri has been extensively rewritten and adapted for Australasia by various authors. To find the author of the chapter you used, you will need to look through the list on pages iv-v to see which chapters were written by which author (Christine Haley is the editor of the entire book).
